The air conditioner worked well, keeping the room cool during hot nights. I appreciated having a comfortable temperature as I tried to unwind.

The floor was unclean, and the towels felt dirty. When I brought these issues to the staff’s attention, their attitude was dismissive, making the experience even worse. The only upside was the location, which was close to our planned activities.
